We had an incredible time at the Washington Resort Hotel & Spa. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable with their warmth and attentiveness, especially Ms. Bakiye and Mustafa at the bars. The pools were enjoyable, and the variety of food was impressive. However, we did encounter some challenges with the reception staff during check-in and certain cultural differences with fellow guests. Overall, it was a fabulous holiday, and we can't wait to return!
